Community Faith Outreach Youth Worker
About the Role
We are seeking five dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our church community programme as Community Faith Outreach Youth Workers. This role is central to supporting our mission of engaging young people and the wider community through faith-based outreach, activities, and events.
As a Community Faith Outreach Youth Worker, you will play an active role in delivering programmes that promote spiritual growth, community participation, and positive youth engagement. You will assist in strengthening the church’s presence within the local community and contribute to meaningful faith-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of youth-focused faith and community outreach programmes
- Assist with organising religious services, workshops, and awareness events
- Engage with young people to encourage participation in church activities
- Promote inclusive community involvement across diverse groups
- Provide practical support during community and faith-based events
- Work collaboratively with church leaders and volunteers
Person Specification
- A genuine interest in faith-based community work
- Ability to engage positively with young people and diverse communities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organised, and committed to the role
- Previous experience in youth or community work is desirable but not essential
Salary
Salary will be in line with church policy and UKVI requirements.£26,000 per annum
Additional Information
This is a temporary, non-renewable position supporting a defined church community programme and aligned with recognised occupational standards for youth and community workers.

We are a vibrant and growing church community seeking passionate and spiritually committed individuals to serve as Ministers of Religion in various capacities, including Pastors, Missionaries, Evangelists, and Discipleship Pastors.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic ministry dedicated to spreading the Gospel, nurturing believers, and making a meaningful impact within the church and the wider community. We are looking for individuals with a strong calling to ministry, a heart for people, and a desire to serve in a faith-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support worship services, prayer meetings, and teaching sessions
- Preach and teach biblical messages that inspire spiritual growth
- Provide pastoral care, mentoring, and counselling to church members
- Engage in evangelism and outreach programmes within the community
- Support discipleship programmes and help develop new believers in their faith
- Participate in missionary and community engagement activities
- Work collaboratively with church leadership to advance the church’s vision and mission
Person Specification
- A clear calling and commitment to Christian ministry
- Strong knowledge of the Bible and ability to teach effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A heart for evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Prior ministry experience is desirable but not essential
